It started out as a wrong phone call, I had done an application on line for a car loan and was waiting feedback. Phoned the company and in error got through to Better. The lady was very apologetic after I had asked the status of my application, saying I had the wrong number. I then enquired as to what her company does, guess what car loans and I can honestly say I'm glad I called the wrong number. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, was kept in the loop at all times throughout the process. You want a hassle free experience when applying for a loan, go to these guys. Cannot praise Lisa at Better Finance enough. She set me up 4 years ago with a great rate on a loan for my first serious car purchase and has been a great help since with a lovely manner and always plenty of kind support. Fast forward 4 years and said car has just been written off and a replacement organised. Lisa knew more about how to do my insurer's job than they did *cough* Tower *cough* and single-handedly sorted all the messes they kept creating. It was fast and easy overall. Even though we started during the holiday break and they had fewer staff in the office, they still made time for us and worked hard to get our financing done as quickly as possible. Applying for finance online with better was very easy ,the form and identification process were simple to follow . Once the pre-approval had been granted it was simply a matter of finding the right vehicle , filling out a pre purchase agreement signing it and emailing it back 😀 all done electronically .very happy with better finance .highly recommend. ~ Michael C
