It started out as a wrong phone call, I had done an application on line for a car lian and was waiting feedback. Phoned the company and in error got through to Better. The lady was very apologetic after I had asked the status of my application, saying I had the wrong number. I then enquired as to what her company does, guess what car loans and I can honestly say I'm glad I called the wrong number. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, was kept in the loop at all times throughout the process. You want a hassle free experience when applying for a loan, go to these guys. Cannot praise Lisa at Better Finance enough. She set me up 4 years ago with a great rate on a loan for my first serious car purchase and has been a great help since with a lovely manner and always plenty of kind support. Fast forward 4 years and said car has just been written off and a replacement organised. Lisa knew more about how to do my insurer's job than they did *cough* Tower *cough* and single-handedly sorted all the messes they kept creating.
